memeai.studio is a user-generated content platform, not a publisher. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any content. Users interact at their own risk.

3. AI-generated content

Content is generated using third-party AI services and our own infrastructure. memeai.studio does not guarantee accuracy, legality, or suitability of outputs, and is not responsible for how users use generated content. Users must not generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or share. You agree not to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or upload harmful or abusive content.

5. Image uploads (AI editing)

You warrant that any image you upload is owned by you, covered by a valid licence, or is in the public domain. memeai.studio accepts no liability for copyright infringement.

6. User content licence

By posting content, you grant memeai.studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

7. Public sharing

Content shared via public URLs may be indexed by search engines or cached and redistributed by third parties. memeai.studio has no control over external platforms.

8. Content moderation & reporting

Reporting is manual only (admin email review). memeai.studio has no obligation to act and makes no guarantee of response time. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

9. Accounts, social features & metrics

Features such as followers, likes, badges, and rankings are cosmetic only and carry no monetary or contractual value. Credit-based and premium features may change over time; access to credit-based generation depends on your available credit balance.

10. Payments & credits

Some features use credits. Credits are bought through one-time payments processed by our payment provider (Stripe); there are no subscriptions and no automatic recurring charges. A free daily allowance is provided for generation on memeai.studio’s own infrastructure, and additional or premium generation consumes credits. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are valid only on memeai.studio. Prices are shown at checkout (in USD). Except where required by law, credits are non-refundable once consumed; for questions about unused credits, contact us via our contact page. Cosmetic badges and rankings carry no monetary or contractual value.

11. Data & content retention

Non-favourited generated content is automatically deleted after a set period. Favourited content is retained. Deleted content cannot be recovered.

12. Third-party services

The platform relies on third-party services including AI processing providers, hosting providers, and payment processors. memeai.studio is not responsible for any third-party systems or failures.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days. memeai.studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, profits, or reputation. This includes any loss arising from third-party websites, services, or links accessed through the platform.

14. External links & third-party content

The platform may contain links to external websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by memeai.studio.

memeai.studio does not endorse, approve, or verify any third-party content, and makes no representations regarding the accuracy, legality, or safety of external sites. memeai.studio accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage arising from accessing external links, reliance on third-party content, or interactions with third-party services. Users access external links entirely at their own risk.

15. Changes to platform

We may modify or discontinue features at any time and update these Terms without notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. memeai.studio is operated by Native Artificial Intelligence (ABN 32 261 010 254).
